    This month featuring Virginia Sewansecott Oysters on 1/2 shell,with a Mignonette sauce ( red wine vinegar, black pepper, scallions) refreshing cucumber melon cocktail with fresh muddled cucumber, mint, melon liquer, lime juice, and club soda.

    Louissiana Hard shells are in season and are flown in daily!
